How do I repair my Sauro product?
Some repairs are more complicated than others and require specific care. Please follow this link for instructions on how we facilitate repairs.
How long does it take to create a custom tailored product?
This process varies depending on the complexity of the jewel. It starts with an idea, and moves into design, prototyping, and final production. Custom pieces usually take anywhere from 3-6 months. Normal lead times on stock items are usually 4-6 weeks. Items in stock are available for shipping within 2 business days.
Is there are protocol for repairing or ordering discontinued items?
In this scenario it's best to contact us. In some cases we are able to repair discontinued items, however all items must be sent to our Italian headquarters leading to a slower than normal turnaround time. We Stand Apart, but we also stand by our products, we will find a way to best assist you.
Is it possible to split payment on two separate credit cards?
This feature is not currently available on our payment system.
Does Sauro have a financing option?
Sauro currently does not offer financing on our products.
